Pathetic service

Extremely appalled by the service I received from takealot. They misplaced my package instead of them sending what I Initially never received they are giving me a run around. All their records indicate that this was a picking error yet my query has still not been resolved since December the 4th. 10 days later I'm still explaining the same thing over and over again and getting different versions from consultants.
