Pathetic service

I ordered and paid for something from Takealot on 28 May. Up to date I have not received my parcel despite numerous emails and telephone calls. Their phone lines are now disconnected and there is no way to get a hold of them telephonically. I received an email confirming delivery will be 2 June but up to date nothing!
