Pathetic service

I was hoping to not come to Hellopeter about this but I am fuming. My order has been returned back to the warehouse and at no point did you try to deliver it to me. I didn't receive any call/sms/smoke signal or any form of communication from your drivers (check with them). Secondly, in the complex we have a concierge where they can drop off orders if I wasn't available (they have done this before - check my previous orders) and this was also not done. Now you have gone and charged me R70 for delivery, what delivery? I want that money back too. I don't know what is happening with your organization but the past 2 orders have been such an uphill battle to receive.
