Pathetic Service

One seems to have jumped the gun. Hardly a couple of months ago when I praised the service I had received from Takealot, where truth be told, they had bungled my return. A similar thing transpired again, they have bungled my return, all sorts of promises were made that I will be called back and kept abreast of progress, my item will be delivered to me in a few days. Today I receive a runbish email that I did not collect my item therefore my order is being canceled.

This is absolutely pathetic. Perhaps I should return to my Takealot sabbatical that I previously undertook for a whole 2 years cause of their lousy service.
