Pathetic service

Delivery order ***1 never arrive. Takes it does care or provide feedback. Delivery went to incorrect address and nobody is taking accountabiiity. False promises, lady said my order will arrive yesterday and still after 3 days nothing. Without consultation they replaced order for delivery after 3 weeks. The service is shockingly poor and no empathy or consideration for client service. I purchased a fish tank and bought fish expecting it to arrive as per their commitment. Do you think they even care, think again before ordering with a company that does not live up to their values. They seriously need to rethink their CX and ensure clients are treated fairly. Nothing worse than having a problem and then making the problem worste with false promises and then to just order without my approval where it now will take 3 weeks to deliver. There is about 5 or apologies but that’s it. Emails are generic stating the same thing over and over. Each time I had to call and nobody calls back. I had basically 1 call and do t expect to get a call if you get an email or even if they promise to call you back...it does not happen.
