PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!

On the 23rd December 2015 I bought a Samsung S6 phone from [URL Removed] and it got delivered on the 24th December. After using the phone for a day, I found that the phone had an LCD issue so i immediately logged a return order to [URL Removed] . They claim to have sent courier's to collect the defective device but up until today I am still stuck with this phone. It has been 3 weeks now and this problem has still not been resolved. I've sent numerous emails to Takealot saying that I need this issue resolved ASAP and that I'd like a refund ASAP and their response to me is that there is currently no stock of the phone. I don't want a replacement phone. I want a refund!! Up until today Tania, the person with whom I was initially in contact with, has not responded to me. Every time there is a different agent with a different story responding to my emails. I've had enough of this ****! This has caused a major inconvenience as a large amount of money was spent on a defective device. This is not within the standards of Takealot and i am extremely disappointed at their pathetic service offered to their clients.
