PATHETIC SERVICE

Worst and most patectic service received from Take a lot I ordered a few items on take alot the one item received was incomplete you log a call for them to sort this out they made empty promisses that the replacement will be sent the next day, the consultant Chad Palmer made empty promisses, and worst of it all they make these promises in writting and still do not adhere to what they promised. You even speak to managers and they have just do not seem to care and that there is nothing they can do about it

the way I feel they can keep their product It has now been four days, the after 5 days they pitch up to collect he incorrect item woth the worst attitude. and do not even have the replace ment.

I URGE people not to buy from Take alot as they are the worst company to deal with they do not understand what customer service means.

I am dis custed by the service I received and ar not interested to buy from them ever again and wherever I go I will tell people about patetic service from Take alot and tell them not to buy from them
