Pathetic Service

I am highly annoyed with your delivery system, I called to query my delivery and could not get assistance, the deliver company made two attempts to deliver my goods without even calling me, I then made arrangements to collect my goods, to get my an address that does not exist, this is a real inconvenience, I would like my goods delivered to me today please to the address I am at now!!!
