Pathetic service

I bought and paid forartificial grass a table and 2 chairs on the 30 November from them. I had to wait till the 13th as the table had to be ordered. A day before the delivery I got an email saying the grass was cancelled. Then yesterday I got the 2 chairs NO TABLE. Phone yesterday saying that the table was not received, said that they will follow up. Phoned this morning no one knew anything about it was no phone call noted. Then Athuli said that she followed up spoke to the courier company and I will get it today. I phoned the courier company and looked into it and found that it is still on their floor and now I will only get it on Tuesday. THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM TAKEALOT. No one seems to care once the money has been received the client can wait and be **** to as every time I phone takealot I get a different story.
