Pathetic service!

I want to buy a mincer from them. I sent an email with three questions. So Busisiwe Sokawukile decides not to answer my question as to where I can buy extra blades for it. So I emailed him again with the same question. His answer in short is that he doesn't know! How absolutely pathetic! So you sell products and have no idea where customers can buy spare parts for it!!??
