Pathetic Service

Hi

So went to collect my orders from takealot this past Sunday 4 Nov

Orders:

********** 5 ********** 1

After signing in at entrance which was around 10:40, I had to wait 20min before I was called to the desk for collection (NO IDEA WHY SO LONG, sound have raised suspicions).

I was assisted by Ryan (Do not have his surname)

Following happened:

Order ********** 5 was not complete and missing part of the order. Showed Ryan my fone to show him the item was on the order. Ryan then sent a picker to collect the item, 20 min later he called me back after helping numerous customers and said that the picker (Ernest, got this name from Nazley) had gone on lunch and had not collected the item (Baby wipes). Then he said he sent another picker (No name) to collect the baby wipes, 10min later and Ryan returns back with the incorrect item so needs to go get the correct item, so begins another wait…..

Fed-up, I ask 2 different staff members for the manager (Champion) whom then avoids us the whole time and we end up waiting again.

Eventually after 12pm we get our goods, and we get to speak to NAZLEY MARKUS (CHAMPION) and we voice our concerns. She lies to our faces about running around looking for our items and about the pickers (not knowing who they are) and also admits to us that Ryan was the 2nd picker who brought us the incorrect item. SO RYAN Also **** to us and said there was another picker that brought the wrong goods.

And just to point out we also know that the pickers info will be on our order numbers as they will need to sign for the items (or there will probably be tons of theft going on internally) so we know Nazley & Ryan **** to us.

Also to note that we had 3 orders between my wife and I, we had a baby with us. We had to carry our child, 3 bags of goodies and a 20kg dog food out of takealot (AND im just pointing out that we were not offered any assistance with our goods, not even a trolley, and to also note that the same gentlemen whom helped others while we were waiting on our orders, carried another customers dog food to their car.)

We left Takealot around 12:30ish never to use your service again and will be making our poor experience known to everyone. Takealot you messed up our day on Sunday and ruined our plans as we were late for other commitments.

I would like some kind of response & compensation for our time being wasted!!!
