PATHETIC SERVICE

Absolutely no customer care/relations. Their delivery service is beyond shocking. I am on the road and live in a townhouse complex where deliveries are not accepted at the gate. This is not the first, or second time this has happened. The closest time frame they are able to give is one of 10 hours. And then they NEVER honour that. Countless days incurring loss of earnings. Never an apology. Just "your delivery will be made before 5pm" on such and such a day, and then it isn't! First i was given an inaccurate day (out of stock). Then on the delayed date they did not show up. They rescheduled for another date, only to "no show" once again. On enquiring, they promised to be there within half an hour. Needless to say, 12 hours later, still no show. Rescheduled for today. Oh the games they play. I see on this site an average rating of 2 stars (POOR). Time to move across to bid-or-buy who are far cheaper and more reliable.
