Pathetic Service

On the 5th of October i placed an order on the Takealot website for the purchase of the COD black ops 4 (release date 12th of October). The order was paid for on the 5th and once payment was made it stated on the website that expected delivery was the 12th of October. On the 12th of October when i reverted to the website to check on the delivery of my order - the website stated the order had not yet been shipped. I immediately contacted the Takealot service center via email (as per the website there is no contact number listed) to date i have absolutely no response! After hours of searching on google i managed to find at contact number for them, i immediately contacted them and explained my concern - the contact center then advised they would contact me back - after an hour or more no feedback so i called again heard a completely different story and once again had been told i would be contacted back with feedback. It is now the 15th October after several calls and a million escalations the order is STILL on not yet shipped status not a singly consultant i spoke to on Friday has called me back with any feedbac**** This is extremely disappointing service and all i want is my order which should have arrived on FRIDAY!!!
