Pathetic service

Takealot. Com is useless.. I pre ordered a fifa game on the 13th of September.. When placing the order it said it will be shipped on the 27th of September and delivered on th 28th of September.. Today I receive a sms to say it will only be delivered on the 1st of October. What is the purpose of pre order
