Pathetic service

Dear Andrea You have state the following reason for cancellation of my order after two and a half weeks: “Unfortunately we are unable to source the item you are looking for from that specific seller”

This after moving the delivery date out twice. This after twice promising me that delivery is imminent. All this despite my product being available to you from another supplier (Security Hyperstore). Available, same price, for next day delivery both at my time of order and currently.

This is not bad service it is the absence of service! Why could you not redirect my order to your other supplier? This could have been done without my knowledge and saved our contract and your reputation? Security Hyperstore promise delivery in two days You make a mockery of “On-line convenience” and I certainly will not use Takealot’s services again.
