Pathetic service

It is my fith week waiting for my Unisa Textbook that I ordered on Takealot. I already payed and send the proof. They sent me one email delaying my delivery with three days. Since then it has been three weeks and it is impossible for me to track my parcel. PATHETIC! PATHETIC! PATHETIC! Would not recommend it to anyone!
