Pathetic Service

Pathetic service to say the least. I placed an order and on 1 June, I logged a return as received the same item as a gift. Fast forward 1 month later go to see the status of the order as returns are usually speedily collected and to my surprise, it has been concluded yet the item is still in my possession, I go into the entry to see what conclusion has been reached only to see that it was cancelled, this was definitely not on my request, I then logged the order again and I'm still waiting for a pickup date.

Your service has been pathetic of late, worst customer service, slacking and getting very complacent, will definitely start ordering elsewhere.
