Pathetic Service

I have always used takealot and have been happy with their service. Recently I placed an order and they delivered the wrong product. After 5 days they have now eventually processed the return. But now they have credited my account because according to them the product is not in stock, only to find out that the product is in deed in stock, the service received is absolutely pathetic, I now have to suffer because of your incompetence, this is not the way to treat loyal customers
