Pathetic Service

I ordered something on 03-06-2023 and selected the express delivery option as I needed the item ASAP. I received confirmation that it would be delivered the next working day which was 5 June. In the late afternoon on 5 June I get a notification advising that my delivery has been CANCELLED because they sent it to the incorrect courier facility and that the delivery will be delayed by 2 - 3 working days. Today is the 3rd working from the day i was supposed to get my delivery and I still haven't been informed when they going to deliver. When i follow up all i get is "We are sorry" and the rest of the email seems like a template that they just send out each time there is a delay in delivery. So annoyed by this pathetic service. Ill never order anything on Takealot again!
