Pathetic service

<p>I ordered a parcel from take a lot, got it fine, come time to return and Exchange the product. . . </p> <p>This has taken 3 weeks now, half way through my return process I received an email canceling my return, I had to call various couriers to ensure my parcel was returned, now a week after the fact still no one has informed me of my credit or refund, I have sent numerous emails, and I just get no reply. It's like they want my money without giving me a product I want and couldn't care less about their customers. </p>
