Pathetic service

<p>Minutes after placing an order for an item I requested the item to be changed to one in a different color. I was informed this is not possible and would have to go through a lengthy exchange process. I requested the whole order canceled and requested a refund, I activated the cancelation as advised by an email takealot sent me. Takealot assured me that the courier would be advised to return the package to takealot. After three days and sending numerous email requests for its cancelation the package was delivered to me today. The contact person who had been ignoring my emails until I filed a complaint sent me an excuse as pathetic as their service. </p>
