Pathetic service

<p>I phoned a product specialist with regards to a cup to bean coffee machine and was told that the machine meet all my requirements. I ordered the machine just to discover it can only make coffee and espresso. I immediately log a request to return and was told collecion will take place on Friday. No one collected on Friday. It's Monday, and I'm still not sure when the product will be collected as no-one can give me a time. Shocking, pathetic service.</p>
