Pathetic Service

<p>takealot took my money in 5 seconds when i purchased an item but when it comes to refundng my money they do not know what is happening as there are new orders on my profile that i did not place and no one can tell if that was debited from my account. I mailed ********** no one has contacted me back regarding this whats the point of having this email address if there is no one there to responds? </p> <p> </p> <p>i have a current order that i needed delivered b4 12 it is way pass the delivery time and when i call the pathetic useless take a lot CC i follw the voice prompts and that irratating jingle plays for 3 min and the call goes dead. i feel like pulling my teeth out i hate this shopping platform, as they are useless in every way possiable. </p>
