PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>Was suppose to receive my delivery yesterday which did not happpen spoke to 3 people at call centre 2nd and 3 rd person was going to follow up and get back to me which also did not happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nolu Pabalo refused to give me her surname or her mangers details - she let me hold on a call for 20 min for absolutly NOTHING in the end, this morning I left a msg's for her to call me back after abou 35 min she still has not called me back I called AGAIN - she is telling me a long story AND she hopes that the person that she spoke to yesterday is on duty IS THAT MY PROBLEM ?</p> <p> </p> <p>So she was suppose to call me back by 9h30 yet again she has not, and i still don't have my delivery</p> <p> </p> <p>She is telling me that the driver was at delivery address really, he did not leave it anywhere on the voice prompt take a lot also states should anything change on your delivery they will notify you, where have I been notified ???</p>
