PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

<p>I placed an order on TAKEALOT.COM on 30 November 2016, this order comprised of 4 items. On the order confirmation email, the date of delivery was stated as 5 December 2016. On 7 December 2016 one of the 4 items arrived... Until 9 December 2016, I was in daily communication with TAKEALOT.COM, with no success. Promises were made and NOT kept... I left on holiday on 11 December 2016 (internationally) and on 12 December 2016, I sent an email to change the delivery address (because I was not at home). Yesterday, 19 December 2016, I was promised delivery and NOTHING.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the WORST experience I have EVER had with TAKEALOT.COM... The service agents that assisted me all had a "don't care" attitude and barely tried to assist me. There are Christmas presents in that parcel and now I am stressing if it will ever be delivered...</p>
