Pathetic service

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I ordered something for Saturday delivery. My one parcel arrived and when enquiring about the other one i was told it's still at the warehouse and their third party courier hasn't collected yet. So I was told to phone skynet myself to follow up as they logged a query but did not get feedback yet . Skynet was closed and when trying to phone takealot their call centre was closed as well. I got no feedback. I followed up again today and apparently the parcell is only on its way to skynet now and will be delivered tomorrow. I've already set my vacation back by 2 days and now i have to make sure someone is here to collect as I'll be going away hence the reason it was set for next day delivery for the Saturday . They can't even give me a replacement to deliver today or a time of delivery for when they will deliver tomorrow. I think it's extremely unprofessional and customer service is poor. They definitely lost any future business from me.</span></p>
