Pathetic service

<p>I ordered an item, on the 17th of November 2016, first of all when I opened the box which was sealed with Cellotape I noticed that there was 2 items missing which comes with the item I immediately requested that those items be supp**** or that I should be giving a discounted price they informed me I must do a replacement request I was not happy with that because I really wanted this item, but eventually I did send it back for replacemt, well the replacement arrived which they informed me would be coming from "Johannesburg" I luckily opened it infront of Takealot's delivery service couriers and guess what the same box, this time one of the two items that was missing was includes but still short a third item I informed them once again immediately and up until today 18 Dec 2016 they could not sort it out I gave up on their service and just told them to leave everything ! Pathetic service!!!</p>
