I placed an order last week Sunday 02/08/2025. Delivery showed items to be delivered on the 08/08/2025. I got an email yesterday from takealot that there will be a delay in delivery. I went ahead and cancelled the delivery. From yesterday I have requested for the refund and I keep emails to say the refund has been processed, but the credit amount still shows on my profile.
