Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service...***9 I purchased a baby bath with a temperature gage, soap dispenser, baby shampoo dispenser and baby seat insert, but to my surprised when I opened the plastic as it was not packaged in a box only to find there was no temperature gage and a shower dispenser. I had logged a query on the 29 Nov 2020 and I mentioned to the consultant that I need the bath back before the 3rd Dec 2020 as I will be using t from them, he promised to speed up the process and also mentioned to the reason for the speed up, tomorrow is the 3rd i am giving birth and my child doesn't have a bath to use as i wont purchase another 1 where else she has it and its stucked @ Takealot
