Pathetic Service

I placed an order for certain items on 17 September 2023. During the order process the delivery date was shown as 19 September 2023. I was even given a choice between 19th or 22nd as a delivery date and i chose 19th.

After payment the delivery date changed to 22nd.

Takealot has failed to explain the discrepancy and ignores my demands for an answer and for them to cancel the order. Seems that when payment is received nothing else matters.
