Pathetic service

Ordered items on the 10th of December which were scheduled to be delivered before Christmas half my items canceled and my order keeps being pushed further back sent numerous emails and even asked them to call me in the email,they glad to take your money but have no customer service and relations ,for south Africa's biggest online shop this is disgusting will rather use Amazon and pay extra to ship from over seas then use takealot ,still wish they could call me back 071 865 2327
