Pathetic service

This company is really starting to annoy me. I use it because I want convenience and speed. I hate going to the malls and shopping centres. What is so difficult in alerting customers that an item is out of stock and let them decide if they are willing to wait for you to get it from your suppliers? You only wait till they pay before telling them that an item is not available. This is happening now for a second time and I'm getting sick of it I'm so upset that I once you deliver I will return the goods immediately as I no longer want them. Why advertise goods that you don't have in stocks?
