Pathetic service

Thanks to takealot my daughter does not receive her Christmas gift. I'm so angry. Order placed at the end of November. I leave for a family Vacation and my daughter will never end up getting her gift. I'm so disappointed with takealot. Today 21 Dec a month later. The lady called me yesterday to deliver and I had already closed work. I notified takealot. Who could do nothing. Order number ***5
