Pathetic Service

For the past 2 weeks I have been struggling to get any assistance from this pathetic company. I has placed an order for 8 items. 5 items I had never received. 1 item was incorrect. I have emailed repeatedly, they do not communicate with you. You have to follow up with them about what action is being taken. Than finally on Friday they say they will resolve the matter. Today, their collection man comes to collect the VERY ITEMS THAT I HAD NEVER RECEIVED!!!

I emailed them again about this. And now I am being ignored!!!!

Don't bother with this company as they do not care about customers.
