Pathetic servic

What a pathetic service we received from Takealot ,my sister bought a to stand in 28 November 2025 that came broken it was returned and they never refunded her money they are ****mers a month later and the money is still not back .Whoever it was that sold the stand ran away with the money see below communication the popi act does not allow us to disclose peoples names but kindly see below person responsible.ok I see I’m unable to attach the attachments ***
