Pathetic sentence

Only after I have made my first purchase I was notified that on my first purchase I could get a R150 off. Now I cant use this discount at all because I already made my first purchase. When I contacted takealot, they would not help at all from their side to resolve this issue. They just said I already made my first purchase and they can not help. I was planning to order a couple of items from takealot, definitely will not anymore. Very disappointing to say the least, but they over promise and under deliver. Will not recommend takealot to anyone.
