Pathetic rude delivery driver & Non delivery

<p>Takealot your delivery service is an absolute joke...! We ordered products last week ( ********** ) and selected GUARANTEED sunday delivery as our shipping option. Sunday at 4PM we are phoned to say your Fordburg depo has been "******" and you will only be able to do a delivery in the week. Delivery address is changed to my Work address.</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday receive SMS stating delivery will be before 5PM that day. Wait at work until 5PM with NO delivery. Tuesday: Receive 2 SMSes stating delivery will be BEFORE 5PM. Ok wait at work until 5 PM with NO delivery. Get home and receive phone call from delivery driver ( ********** 417 ) at 18H00 saying he is outside and I must come then cuts off the phone call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Little while later he phones again practically shouting saying he is outside and I must come get the stuff out his van as he cannot leave his van unattended. I ask him to come up (we stay in a flat) and deliver the items and while talking he cuts me off once again. He phones a third time still shouting. I am looking after our two little kids and cannot go outside to collect large boxes. The driver is also NOT outside our building and I gather he is at the wrong address. Once again before I can explain this to him he put down the phone in my ear a THIRD time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now at 7PM you guys send me a sms and email informing me that my order has been delivered...? To whom has it been delivered because it SURE AS HELL ISN'T ME. Is this what you consider to be good service...? It's ****** pathetic that you entrust people who are so blatantly rude and *********** to tarnish your brand.</p>
