Pathetic review

Bad bad bad bad bad experience . I returned an item on the 17th with no plan of doing so however due the item not working as it should I could not use it for work I had 4 people reach out to me asking the same questions over and over it’s very annoying and they take 3 business days to respond to any form of email it’s really draining to repeat the same thing don’t you all work for the same company? Can’t you read what type of service is this
