PATHETIC RETURNS DEPARTMENT!!!!

I've been struggling since the 11th of February with a return logged at Takealot for a printer. Long story short - one moment the printer is at the supplier for evaluation, the next moment we are waiting for the supplier to collect the printer at the Takealot Warehouse!? How on earth can this happen? I am losing money and it seems that no one is giving a damn? Numerous calls and emails to their call centre... RESULTING IN NOTHING!!! I am a regular client at Takealot, but it seems that this will have to stop. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE!! Not once did I log a return without any issues!!!!!
