Pathetic Return Service

Defective cell phone received. Takealot notified 5 days after delivery. Takealot policy states that defective items reported for return will be automatically uplifted and REPLACED simultaneously. My return notification was on 16 April 2019 and I still do not have my replacement. Every contact is incapable of resolving the issue and my business is suffering.
