PATHETIC RETURN PROCESS

Pathetic service on a return. No replies to emails. No one wants to call me. Sold me a defective refrigerator and it was been returned to the manufacturer under warranty. Now I need a replacement or a refund and no one has contacted me!! I’m without a refrigerator for 2 weeks now.
