Pathetic refund

I purchased a pot from Take a lot, the sized that they've delivered was incorrect (a lot smaller than the description and was mislabeled by the suppliers) I paid R699 for it. They've replaced the product with another incorrect size. I still haven't received a refund. Contacted support and they sent me a R150 voucher. Still no response from them. I wouldn't recommend buying products from ***** suppliers on Take a lot. Besides that, the process of contacting me to discuss the matter was very poor. They owe me R549. *******.
