Pathetic poor service from Takealot.com

Takealot delivering items that's not as advertised and not listening to their customers. After complaining via their generic email responses they collected the item and delivered the exact same (wrong item) again! It seems impossible to talk to a person at this company. They all hide behind their computers with no tel. no's available on their website. Sending emails gets replies from different "agents" every time and is splattered with lies.. The service is just pathetic!
