PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!

MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!! Ordered a Christmas gift for hubby on the 10th of December. 19 December i get a email my order is cancelled because of no stock! When i placed the order there WAS stock or their admin system is up to ****! No phone call, NO communication just order cancelled! I phone takealot to complain and a consultant help me to place ANOTHER order because there IS stock. Very happy for her service i await my order. Went to Brackenfell depot to follow up how far is my Christmas gift...NOTHING on their system....ONCE AGAIN ORDER CANCELLED!! NO COMMUNICATION. I am furious!! NO Christmas gift. Never experienced such **** service!! I WANT WHAT I ORDERED i dont care WHERE they find it and they WILL deliver to my door WITHOUT any further costs!!! DO NOT MAKE USE OF TAKEALOT!!!
