Worst service of the century by far. I ordered and paid for 2 items on the 29th November 2022. I was promised delivery for the 2nd December 2022. This was on the day reschedule to the 3rd between 8 and 5. At 5 when I called the courier driver was still in Sandton and no communication was made prior that they might be late. The driver then called and tried to persuade me to meet him half way or reschedule as he was tired. I refused and he ultimately delivered at night and only 1 item. Today it's the 6th December 2022 I still haven't received my other item. I have called the call centre 3 times and noone seems to understand. It seems as if there is no tracking system on the takelot side as they rely on what is relayed. The response is pathetic I totally lost all confidence in the ability for Takealot to render online delivery. The service is pathetic and the agents are operating like headless chicken. Never again will I order from them.
