Pathetic paid for same day delivery NOT!!!

Paid for gauranteed same day collection as it was an option and suited my requirements before 9am (they only provide it if paid before 10h30). Nothing, parcel was only dispatched just before 5pm and on its way to the courier facility and not even the pick-up point. Unacceptable as the stock only needs to travel from Joburg to Centurion. Why offer a paid service if you can't do it?
