Pathetic online shopping store.

Takealot keeps sending me the wrong item. I ordered a full gold cutlery set and have had to wait almost 2 months in total, only to receive the wrong item (cheaper set with white handles) for the SECOND TIME. WHAT is wrong with these people. I called now and then they hang up on me.
