Pathetic online shopping site.

The worst online site one can ever shop on, I bought some vouchers to keep credit in my account. Did some purchases. Takealot canceled 12 orders without any explanation, and deactivated my account, after numerous emails, they reactivated my account but still cancel my orders, now when I request for a refund they have excuses and stupid escalations which none of their useless staff can solve. Please can someone assist me by getting my R247 refunded into my account
