Pathetic online service TAKEALOT!!

I returned my product as per return policy a week ago and when I followed up I was told there was a product missing from my return I asked agent Gcobisa k to arrange for collection, my email was ignored and when I checked today my return was rejected without my acknowledgment. I have no Idea where my product is have sent multiple complaints to takealot with no response. Believe that this is the last time I ever buy from takealot again the most terrible service!!!
