Pathetic nom caring non existing customer service - avoid!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Paid for 2 items on 25/03. Was told 2 days prior to delivery that 1 item was unavailable. Nothing wss done but a half hearted apology and passing the issue on to their supplier and gave that it was not their problem. Then gave a second option of the original gift which had much lower ratings. Pathetic service, no care for customers and even the delivery date has been missed. Dont waste your time or money going to this company.
